How long has Cory been grooming?
Cory began grooming in September of 2000. She started as an assistant groomer at a corporate owned groom shop and left a year and a half later. She then worked for a woman who owned a private shop and purchased the business 8 months later. She has been self employeed since 2002.
If this is a Pet Spa, where is the spa section?
Spa services are explained on the Grooming Services page. You will never pay extra for a spa treatment because EVERY PET recieves a spa treatment. The only difference is if you are looking at using specific products. Otherwise, Cory evaluates each pet and decides the best products to use in order to aquire the best results for the animals skin and coat.
What if I don't like the scents offered?
If you have allergies or are specific about smells, don't worry. Just let Cory know when you drop off your baby. Cory also uses products with no scent. Body spray is not a requirement for the spa process therefore, your pet can leave the spa just as clean as they normally would but without any scent.
Cory added something I didn't care for. What do I do now?
Tell her! She will never take offense if there is a particular service you did not like. Her main concern is that you and your pet are happy after the visit. Some people have requested she not add sparkle to their pets as it may rub off of certian coats, while others love it. You are just as important as every one else and your'e opinions do matter! All you have to do is tell her.
I want my pet bathed in shampoo that I bring. Is it okay to ask Cory to use it?

Absoluetly! Some customers have shampoo and/or conditioner that they prefer be used on their pet. If you are one of those people, just bring the products with you and ask her to use it instead. Cory understands that everyone is different and some just prefer the scent of ther own shampoo or their vet has instructed them to use only a certain product. This is never an issue and she will be happy to use what ever products the customer wishes.
